BARBER PRO Warming Eye Masks are the answer to tired or strained eyes. This gently warming treatment soothes the eye area to help you relax and reset.

Whether you’ve been staring at screens or tackling late nights, this 20 minute treatment will help to relieve stress and tension. Scented with chamomile, this self heating mask will give off gentle warmth as you sit back for a moment of rest. Great to use before sleep to help you switch off.

The masks are easy to use - simply place them over your eye area and use the comfortable ear loops to secure into place. Enjoy 20 minutes of gentle heat as you sink into peaceful relaxation.

This box includes 5 individually wrapped masks.

How to Use:
1 - Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle.
2 - Open the ear loops away from the mask.
3 - Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area.
4 - Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

Advice: For external use only. Avoid contact with irritated skin, do not use on wounds, weeping, broken or damaged skin, do not use when wearing contact lenses. In case of direct eye contact from any of the ingredients inside the eye mask then rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.
Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Due to Royal Mail strikes over the coming months, we have disabled Royal Mail as a shipping option so that we can ensure that your delivery reaches you in a timely manner.

During this period, we will be offering the following services:

FREE Delivery on orders over £29 (DPD)

Order Dispatch Times

Monday - Friday

For orders received before 12noon Monday – Friday, goods are dispatched the same day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

If there will be a delay to your dispatch, this will be communicated to you and you will be provided with an updated timeline.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

We currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

All delivery times are estimated and BeautyPro Ltd cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries aside of the estimated services we offer.

Damages, shortages, missing items or order queries

Claims arising from damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and followed in writing to uk@beautypro.com and by telephoning 01273 32 32 32 after this time period we will not be able to process a claim.

If you receive your package damaged then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the item to sender. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.

Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened or used items.  We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

Please call or email us stating the reason you would like to return the item.

Confirm to us that the item is unused and unopened with all packaging intact.

  • Provide your order number from your delivery note
  • We will provide a returns reference
  • Re-package the product using strong packaging and ensuring it is sealed
  • Return your item to us using a trackable service

Upon receipt and once inspected by BeautyPro Ltd. and if in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund for the amount owed for the item less any delivery charges.

We do strongly recommend that all returns are packed well and sent via a recorded/tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery. BeautyPro Ltd. cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Please allow up to 7 working days for action of your return.
