We recommend using the LED wand on wet skin or once a serum has been applied as this will help the tool to glide across your skin and will maximise the effectiveness of the LED light, microcurrent and sonic vibration.

Our LED Wand uses Smart Touch Activation, meaning that it will activate on contact with the skin.

Once activated, gently massage the wand against the skin. Start from the inside of your face and work the device outwards, targeting the forehead, under eyes, cheeks and jaw.

For harder to reach spots, use the Wand in its upright position to fit into narrow spaces. When targeting broader areas such as the forehead and cheeks, press the button to rotate the head for fuller coverage.

We recommend using your LED Wand once per day for 5-10 minutes per treatment for the best results.

Charge your LED Wand for 2 hours before the first use. This initial charge will help to activate your wand and ensure best results.

Your Wand must be used with a skincare formula such as a serum, sheet mask or facial mist. The Wand will not work through a sheet mask but can be used after the mask is removed to work in the remaining serum. The Wand will not work on dry skin.

Your skincare formula should be oil free for the best results. Ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe work most effectively for the best results.

You should hold the Wand from the bottom and then place the head onto your hydrated skin. The Wand is touch activated so will turn on upon contact with the serum or other formula on your skin. If your Wand stops working during use, you may need to apply more serum to the skin, or it could be out of charge.

You can use the button on the side to rotate the head - this will help you to reach all areas of your face for the best results.

Your Wand will stop automatically when you remove it from your skin as the sensor has detected it is no longer in contact.

If your Wand turns off during use but your skin is not dry and it is not out of charge, place it down on a flat surface for 15 seconds. Then pick it up and pinch the head to reactivate.

If your Wand does not stop after use:

Wipe the head of the Wand with a cloth that you have sprayed with disinfectant or water to remove any serum residue that could be triggering the sensor. This is why you should not use an oil based product as this can confuse the sensor.

The Wand is not waterproof and therefore should not be sprayed directly or submerged.
Rotate the Wand head to ensure you have wiped all areas for residue.

Ensure that your wand is not exposed to extreme heat, water or steam If storing in a bathroom, we recommend using a protective case to store your Wand.

Run your Wand through a full charging cycle. When a Wand has not received a full charge, it can cause it to run continuously. Running it through a full charging cycle will give your Wand a full reboot and re-enable the Smart Touch activation.

Keep clean and wipe after every use with a clean, dry tissue.
Do not use alcohol to clean any part of this device.
Do not immerse the device in water.
Do not use it on any area of the skin where there is bleeding, wounds or broken skin.

Charge your LED Wand for 2 hours before the first use. Do not overcharge or charge overnight and avoid fast chargers that could affect the battery life. This initial charge will help to activate your wand and ensure best results.

To retain good battery health, you should let the Wand run out of battery completely before charging.

If your Wand is not charging or holding charge, try using a different charging outlet, plug or lead to see if this corrects the issue.

Do not charge the Wand after each session. We expect that if you use the Wand for 5 minutes daily, you should receive 12 sessions from on full charge.

The BEAUTYPRO LED Wand should not be used by those:

under the age of 18
who are pregnant
subject to seizures
with cancer/tumours
with a cardiac pacemaker
with implanted defibrillators/stimulators
with electronic implanted devices


Stimulation using the LED wand should only be administered to the facial area. It should not be applied to or near to cancerous lesions or swollen, inflamed or infected skin. This includes conditions such as broken capillaries, varicose veins, phlebitis or thrombophlebitis.

This LED Wand has been created for cosmetic use to the face and neck. Any harmful consequences resulting from the misuse of this product, connection to improper voltage sources, application to incorrect body areas or any other incorrect application is neither the responsibility of BEAUTYPRO nor its affiliates.

Do not use the wand on your chest as this can introduce electrical current into the chest which could cause rhythm disturbances to the heart.

Caution should be taken by users with suspected or diagnosed heart problems, including heart disease, epilepsy, those with a tendency to haemorrhage following acute trauma. If in doubt, consult with your doctor prior to use.

You may experience a tingling sensation when using the wand. You may also experience a perception of flashing lights resulting from the stimulation of your optic nerve. If you notice this regularly when you are not using the wand, you should consult with your doctor.

If you experience a persistent headache or any other painful sensations during or immediately after use of the Wand you should halt use and consult a doctor.

The BEAUTYPRO LED Wand should not be used whilst driving, operating machinery or during any action that could put the user at risk of injury.

Order Dispatch Times

For orders received before 12noon Monday – Friday, goods are dispatched the same day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

If there will be a delay to your dispatch, this will be communicated to you and you will be provided with an updated timeline.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

We currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

All delivery times are estimated and BeautyPro Ltd cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries aside of the estimated services we offer.

Damages, shortages, missing items or order queries

Claims arising from damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and followed in writing to uk@beautypro.com and by telephoning 01273 32 32 32 after this time period we will not be able to process a claim.

If you receive your package damaged then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the item to sender. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.

Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened or used items.  We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

Upon receipt and once inspected by BeautyPro Ltd. and if in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund for the amount owed for the item less any delivery charges.

We do strongly recommend that all returns are packed well and sent via a recorded/tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery. BeautyPro Ltd. cannot be held liable for lost returns.
