Role Overview
We’re seeking an Amazon Seller Central Expert to take charge of our Amazon marketplace operations, with a focus on A+ content, listing optimisation and data-driven growth strategies. This role involves overseeing daily operations on Amazon, optimising our storefront and product listings, managing ad campaigns and ensuring profitability. You’ll work closely with our Brand Managers, Directors and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a cohesive Amazon strategy that aligns with our business goals.
User experience will be at the core of your role, as you’ll refine the customer journey, stay up-to-date with Amazon’s latest tools and leverage platform-specific opportunities to boost visibility, revenue and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Account Management: Manage all aspects of the Amazon account, including A+ content creation, brand registry, buy-box optimisation and customer feedback. Handle inventory troubleshooting, resolve cases and protect against infringements.
- Product Listings & Optimisation: Optimise product listings and storefront content to maximise discoverability and appeal. Use SEO research and A/B testing to enhance titles, descriptions and images for higher conversions.
- Advertising & Campaigns: Implement and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns to drive revenue growth, utilising promotional opportunities like Subscribe & Save, Prime Day events and seasonal sales.
- Inventory & Fulfilment Management: Monitor and manage FBA inventory levels, plan stock replenishments and work closely with logistics to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment.
- Data-Driven Growth: Develop a data-led strategy to drive revenue, increase customer acquisition and enhance retention, regularly analysing KPIs and identifying actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content, assets and campaigns are fully aligned with Amazon goals and brand guidelines.
- Amazon Tools Utilisation: Leverage Amazon’s suite of tools to drive additional revenue, including using A+ content for product pages, conducting A/B testing and implementing best practices for product visibility and user engagement.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, feeding back insights to the team to refine strategy and improve KPIs continuously.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, A+ content creation and FBA. Experience in PAN FBA is highly desirable.
- SEO & PPC Expertise: Proficient in Amazon SEO, listing optimisation and PPC campaign management, with a clear understanding of what drives performance on Amazon.
- Commercially Savvy: Strong commercial awareness with a thorough understanding of Amazon KPIs and the metrics that drive marketplace success.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent time-management skills, able to juggle multiple projects, SKUs and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in Microsoft and Google Suites and other tools essential for optimising listings and creating engaging content.
- Analytical & Proactive: Data-driven problem solver with the initiative to create client-specific strategies and the agility to adapt as the marketplace evolves.
- Creative Thinker & Team Player: Innovative and collaborative, with the ability to propose ideas and solutions that align with brand strategy and business goals.

Annual Leave:

Location & Hours:
Office Based in Palehouse Common, Framfield, East Sussex.
Full-time (8.30am to 4.30pm).
Salary:
£32k rising to £35k after probation + Performance Bonus
