Multiplatform Proficiency - The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of all key platforms: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, with a desire for growth and engagement to help us to grow and monetise these channels in line with KPIs.

AMAZON MARKETPLACE MANAGER
We're looking for an Amazon expert to elevate our marketplace success and drive growth through developing and executing online retail strategies. Managing the day to day runnings of our Amazon Marketplace platform for all of our brands, focusing on driving profitability through optimisation and other Amazon specific opportunities.
Location:
Head Office in Lewes, East Sussex
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for optimising Amazon product listings and our storefront as well as running and monitoring our Amazon ads to ensure profitability and increased revenue. This will involve managing all cases in Amazon Seller Central as well as managing FBA inventory. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager & Directors spotting opportunities for improvement and effectively troubleshooting when necessary.
You will create a solid data focused strategy with the sole purpose of driving revenue, new customer acquisition and customer retention. You will be commercially aware and responsible for setting ambitious yet achievable targets for Amazon in line with the business’ overall commercial objectives.

Managing product catalogues, ensuring products are listed quickly and accurately across all marketplaces
Translating company wide marketing campaigns from the marketing calendar through to Amazon

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage all inbound enquiries to the business, providing essential administrative support across multiple departments in order to maximise business efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.

Inbound Requests
As a thriving business, we receive many emails and phone calls each day. We are looking for someone who can take control of this communication, providing inbound contacts with the support, resolutions and information they need. This will include providing product information, sourcing tracking and stock updates, resolving customer issues, raising phone orders and issuing refunds.
Sales Customer Support
We pride ourselves in our relationships with our retailers and wholesalers. We are looking for someone to be able to provide front line support to our retail contacts - assisting with onboarding, answering order queries, updating price lists, driving reviews and sending samples. This individual will also work alongside our Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to assist with new business outreach and research.
Marketing
Our Marketing Team works hard to provide the business and our retailers with excellent marketing support. We are looking for someone to facilitate the communications between the team and our retailers, circulating marketing assets, business news and press releases.
Answer incoming calls and emails with the objective of providing excellent customer service and directing to the correct department when necessary
Work alongside key team members across various departments to elevate knowledge of the business to ensure that queries and support can be completed independently
Perform customer service actions such as issuing refunds, raising customer orders and sharing product / tracking information
Updating and organising customer prices lists and folders
Assisting with retailer onboarding including meeting follow up, document sharing and sample sends
Assisting the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager with new business outreach

Remote role with Head Office in Lewes, East Sussex
Salary Scale:
£26k - £28 based on experience
To create and implement our training programme across all partners so that all store staff understand our brand, products and benefits.
Organise and devise a training plan for our customers.
Support our wholesale account manager with frontline information.
Ensure our customers are merchandised correctly based on the company's merchandising guidelines.
To support our sales, marketing and NPD team in the delivery of our in-store merchandising and marketing plan.
Getting customers excited about our brands and product benefits.

A minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry.
We are looking for a product trainer and educator with merchandising experience. As a national role you will be on the road 5 days a week, travelling across the country to train and merchandise our wholesale and retail stores as well as salons and spas, and being the face of our brand on the ground.
You must have the ability to train and educate sales store staff on the benefits of our products and how they can sell to their customers. Additionally, to create training materials and educational aids for salons and spas in a retail and treatment setting.
Attention to detail is a vital merchandising skill as you use it in planning displays and keeping an eye on in-store stock requirements and ensuring stock is displayed correctly. You will ensure that products appear in the right store, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities and in the right position. This involves working closely with head office to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance. You will play a key role within retail and wholesale and general locations that our brands are stocked and on display.
In summary you will need to Train, merchandise and manage our partners to ensure individual stores hit their targets through education of our products and act as liaison between the stores and our business.
