CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Co-Founder and Managing Director, I am responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company and collaborating with David on product development to achieve our growth objectives. One of my core missions is to foster opportunities within the business for our team, building a best-in-class workforce at BEAUTYPRO, while ensuring continuous innovation remains at the heart of everything we do.

Seeing our team grow from entry-level roles to more senior positions through dedicated mentorship has been my proudest moment. I am deeply proud of the talented individuals I work with and even more so of their achievements and development. Additionally, witnessing our products in situ—whether featured in an airline magazine or displayed on store shelves—fills me with immense pride and reinforces the impact of our work.
CO-FOUNDER & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
In my role, I am responsible for driving the creation and development of new and existing products, from concept through to market launch, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. A key part of my work involves overseeing product packaging design, ensuring it is both visually appealing and functional, as well as completing product registrations and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
I oversee the day to day runnings of the marketing department, managing the team and working to increase brand exposure for all 3 of our brands. I work closely alongside our retailers to secure listings and drive sales, liaise with beauty boxes to achieve coverage and scope out new opportunities to elevate our marketing strategy.

WAREHOUSE & OPERATIONS MANAGER
I oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly. This includes managing the warehouse team, invoicing and ordering products to keep our stock levels optimised.

My responsibilities include supporting warehouse team and warehouse manager, Jemma.
I raise new orders, monitor stock levels and reply to any enquiries that customers have. I check that all orders are correctly picked and packed as per customer instructions.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
My role involves picking, packing, wrapping and strapping all orders - these involve retail orders (which could just be a couple of face masks) to large company orders which could be box orders to pallet orders. Every customer has different delivery requirements so adhering to this is paramount to ensuring their products are delivered on time and in tip top condition.

I shaved my hair off for charity to support a 4 year old boy who has been diagnosed with Leukemia
WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
In my role, I handle picking and packing orders, ensuring they are prepared accurately and efficiently. I also create gift sets, carefully assembling items to meet specific requirements. I also book deliveries and manage the paperwork for each order.

UK TRAINER & MERCHANDISER
I spend my time travelling around the country, visiting stores, spas and head officesto train and educate our retail partners on our brand and product range. I ensure that all of our merchandising guidelines at met and our products are best positioned for sale.

As Brand Manager, I am responsible for getting the word of BEAUTYPRO out there! I do this through working alongside retailers to elevate our online presence and drive sales, planning and executing marketing campaigns, building relationships with aligned brands, press and influencers, and ensuring our websites are in tip top shape.

My role is to create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our customers. I design packaging, marketing materials, website assets and advertising across all of our brands to showcase our range of products.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR
In my role, I create engaging social media content and manage all of our accounts, ensuring consistent branding and communication across platforms. I develop strategies to grow our audience, monitor performance, and adjust content to maximize engagement.
