Trade commitments

  • Providing whistleblowing channels to raise concerns confidentially

Suppliers must certify compliance with anti-slavery standards and demonstrate ongoing monitoring of their own supply chains.

Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD)

BEAUTYPRO conducts ongoing HREDD to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to people and the environment.

Our approach includes:

  • Risk Mapping: Suppliers, raw materials, and manufacturing processes are assessed for human rights and environmental risks.
  • Prioritisation: Focus on severe or systemic risks, even if low probability.
  • Integration: Ethical requirements are embedded into contracts, procurement, and product development.
  • Monitoring: Audits, third-party verification, and grievance mechanisms are used to track compliance.
  • Remediation: Corrective actions are taken where BEAUTYPRO or suppliers contribute to adverse impacts.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

We integrate ESG principles into our operations:

Environmental:

  • Sustainable sourcing of ingredients and packaging
  • Reducing carbon footprint, energy, water, and waste
  • Using recyclable, biodegradable, or reusable packaging

Social:

  • Employee wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Community engagement and charitable initiatives
  • Ethical supply chains ensuring fair labour practices

Governance & Ethics:

  • Transparent reporting and compliance with laws and standards
