Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all giveaways and prize promotions run by BEAUTYPRO Ltd via social media, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Each individual giveaway may be subject to additional specific terms communicated at the point of entry.

1. The Promoter

The promoter of all BEAUTYPRO social media giveaways is BEAUTYPRO Ltd, 2A Enlightened Business Park, Palehouse Common, Framfield, East Sussex, TN22 5QZ (“BEAUTYPRO”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the specific giveaway post, all promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except:

  • Employees of BEAUTYPRO Ltd or its holding or subsidiary companies.

  • Employees of agents or suppliers of BEAUTYPRO Ltd who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.

  • Members of the immediate families or households of the above.

By entering, you confirm you are eligible to do so and to claim any prize. BEAUTYPRO may require proof of eligibility at any time.

3. How to Enter

Entry instructions for each giveaway will be published in the relevant post on BEAUTYPRO’s official social media account(s). Unless otherwise stated, entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

There is a limit of one entry per person per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise. BEAUTYPRO will not accept entries that are:

  • Automatically generated by computer or submitted in bulk.

  • Completed by a third party on the entrant’s behalf.

  • Received after the closing date and time stated in the relevant post.

BEAUTYPRO accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failure, network issues, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions and any additional terms specific to that promotion.

4. The Prize

The prize for each giveaway will be stated in the relevant post. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

  • Prizes are subject to availability. BEAUTYPRO reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if required by circumstances beyond its control.

  • Prizes supplied by a third-party brand partner are subject to that partner’s own terms and conditions.

5. Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The decision of BEAUTYPRO is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize draw will be conducted by BEAUTYPRO or an authorised representative acting on its behalf.

6. Notification & Claiming the Prize

Winners will be notified via direct message on the relevant social media platform and/or announced via BEAUTYPRO’s social media account(s). It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their account settings allow BEAUTYPRO to contact them.

Winners must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this period, BEAUTYPRO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize may not be claimed by a third party. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery unless otherwise stated. BEAUTYPRO accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in transit once dispatched.

7. Publicity

To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, BEAUTYPRO may publish the winner’s social media handle or first name via its social media channels. If you object to this, please contact marketing@beautypro.com prior to the announcement date. BEAUTYPRO may still be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8. Platform Disclaimer

All BEAUTYPRO giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering, participants agree to release the relevant platform(s) from all liability in connection with any promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BEAUTYPRO, its agents and distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from participation in a promotion or from taking up a prize, except where caused by the negligence of BEAUTYPRO or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Data Protection

Any personal data provided in connection with a giveaway will be processed by BEAUTYPRO in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.beautypro.com. Personal data will only be used for the administration of the promotion and to contact winners, unless you have separately opted in to marketing communications.

11. General

BEAUTYPRO reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If any entrant is found to have breached these terms and conditions, BEAUTYPRO may disqualify that entrant at its sole discretion.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
