Competition Terms & Conditions

Open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over. No purchase necessary. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories by @beautypro and may also be contacted via direct message. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their account settings allow for contact. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, another winner may be selected. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from all liability. BEAUTYPRO reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  1. The Promoter

      The promoter is: BEAUTYPRO of BEAUTYPRO Ltd. 2A Enlightened Business Park, Palehouse Common, Framfield, East Sussex, TN22 5QZ.

  1. The competition

    1. The title of the competition is BEAUTYPRO x Spa Sanctuary Mother’s Day Giveaway

    2. Participants must enter via Instagram by following the entry instructions outlined in the giveaway post published on BEAUTYPRO’s Instagram account.

  2. How to enter

    1. The competition will run from 12pm on 04.03.2026 (the "Opening Date") to 12pm on 11.04.2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

    2.  All competition entries must be received by the Promoter via Instagram entry by no later than 12pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 

    3. To enter the competition:

      1. Enter the competition online by engaging with the competition post on BEAUTYPRO’s official Instagram page and completing the instructions stated in the giveaway post by the Closing Date.

No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of Instagram.

  1. The Promoter will not accept:

    1. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 

    2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

  2. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. The competition entries will be randomly selected by BEAUTYPRO. The decision of the Promoter (acting reasonably) will be final.

  1. Eligibility

    1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK [aged 18 years or over], except:

      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

    2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

    3. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

      1. automatically generated by computer;

      2. completed by third parties or in bulk;


  1. There is a limit of one entry per person.

  1. The prize

    1. The prizes are BEAUTYPRO’s Sonic T-Bar Device x2, Prickly Pear Oil x2 and a variety of BEAUTYPRO sheet masks; and

    2. Sanctuary Spa Fragrance Discovery Body Wash Collection x2 plus 2 x Bundles od products from the Lily & Rose Collection including Body Wash, Pink Himalayan Salt Scrub, Body Butter and Hand Cream. One prize bundle is available to be won.

    3. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize 

    4. The prize is supplied by Sanctuary Spa and BEAUTYPRO. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

    5. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

    6. In order to claim the prize, the winner must respond to the Instagram direct message sent by BEAUTYPRO confirming acceptance of the prize and providing delivery details.

  1. Winners

    1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

    2. The Promoter will contact the winner via Instagram direct message and Instagram Story announcement on 11 March 2026 (Announcement Date).

    3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the winner’s Instagram handle via Instagram Story on the Announcement Date.

    4. If you object to your Instagram handle being published or made available, please contact marketing@beautypro.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  2. Claiming the prize

    1. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.

    2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

    3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 5 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

    4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

  3. Limitation of liability

       Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

    1. The Promoter does not  claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry.

    2. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media and in connection with publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes.

  2. Data protection and publicity

    1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy & Cookies - PZ Cussons. See also 6.3 and 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.

  3. General

    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

    2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

    3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
