Role Overview
As our Customer Service Representative & Sales Progressor, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for BEAUTYPRO®, handling customer enquiries, supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales processes across departments. This role offers room for growth, with a pathway for those eager to advance into Junior Account Manager and National Account Manager positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email, directing queries appropriately while providing exemplary customer service.
- Order Processing & Resolution: Process orders, issue refunds, provide tracking information and handle product and stock queries to support an optimal customer experience.
- Sales Support: Assist the Head of Sales with onboarding new retailers, updating price lists, driving reviews and managing sample distribution to potential partners.
- Marketing Coordination: Work with the Marketing team to share assets, press releases and business updates, ensuring seamless communication with our retailers.
- After-Sales Service: Support retailers with issue resolution, order adjustments and post-sale inquiries, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Organisational Support: Maintain accurate customer price lists and folders and assist with team travel arrangements and booking at optimal rates.

- Proactive Problem Solver: Resourceful, with a solution-oriented mindset and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of Shopify and Xero is a bonus.

Annual Leave:
29 days holiday which includes Bank Holidays and Birthday Friday which is an extra day off for your birthday. 1 day additional annual leave given for each additional year of service to a maximum of 3.

Location & Hours:
Office Based in Palehouse Common, Framfield, East Sussex.
Full-time (8.30am to 4.30pm).
Salary:
£25k rising to £26k after probation per annum
