For orders received before 12pm Monday – Friday, goods are dispatched the same day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

SATURDAY, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS / BUSINESS CLOSURES
Our warehouse is closed over the Christmas period, and occasionally for business closures such as stock take. When the warehouse is closed, this will be prominently displayed on the homepage and checkout to alert you of the delay incurred and when we expect to start processing orders. All orders placed before these dates, will be shipped ahead of closure.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery Policy
We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event your delivery arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are:

Our skincare devices come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults due to normal usage.

What are the benefits of Bakuchiol and who is it suitable for?
Bakuchiol helps the skin feel smoother, softer and deeply hydrated while supporting a healthy, radiant looking complexion.
It’s suitable for all skin types, and is especially beneficial for those who may find retinol too harsh or irritating. Our formula contains no added fragrance, though natural extracts give it a light, natural scent. If you’re very sensitive to fragrance, we recommend patch testing first.
How do I use it?
Before applying the patches, cleanse your skin thoroughly to remove any makeup. Gently take the patches from the tub using the scooper, unfold it, and place it evenly across your under eye, thin part on the inside, large end over the cheekbones. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes to allow the ingredients to absorb, then remove and let it settle and get to work. If applying before makeup give it time to dry or gently cleanse if you notice any pilling.
Can I use Bakuchiol in the morning, or just at night like retinol?
Unlike retinol, bakuchiol is gentle enough to be used both morning and evening. You can incorporate it into your daily routine. If applying in the daytime, be sure to follow with an SPF to protect your skin.
How often should I use the BAKUCHIOL Under Eye Mask?
This product is designed to be used daily or whenever you need a targeted boost alongside your routine. Each tub contains 30 pairs to last a full month of regular use in order to compound benefits over time.
Is Bakuchiol compatible with other skincare products?
Yes, bakuchiol works well alongside most skincare, including niacinamide and hydrating serums. We recommend avoiding direct layering with strong exfoliants such as high strength AHAs or BHAs in the same step, to prevent over stressing the skin. As with any active ingredient, patch test first when adding it into your routine.
The instructions mention a scooper, how should it be used?
The scooper is included for hygiene reasons. The patches sit in a shared tub of serum, and repeatedly dipping fingers in can introduce bacteria that may degrade the formula over time. Using the scooper keeps the product sanitary across all 30 uses; make sure to keep it as clean as possible after each use. It's a small detail, but worth following to get the most from every pair.
Are these patches suitable if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Bakuchiol is generally considered a gentle, plant derived alternative to retinol and does not carry the same concerns associated with vitamin A derivatives. However, as with any skincare product during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we'd always recommend consulting your GP or midwife before introducing new actives into your routine.
Can I use these patches before applying makeup?
If you're using these in the morning, refrigerating the patches overnight gives a cooling, depuffing effect that works nicely as a pre-makeup step. Allow for extra time for the skin to fully settle after removing the patches before applying anything on top. The residual serum needs a few minutes to absorb fully. If you notice any pilling when applying makeup, the skin wasn't quite dry enough, a light pat with a clean tissue to remove any excess serum beforehand can help.
