We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS / BUSINESS CLOSURES
Our warehouse is closed over the Christmas period, and occasionally for business closures such as stock take. When the warehouse is closed, this will be prominently displayed on the homepage and checkout to alert you of the delay incurred and when we expect to start processing orders. All orders placed before these dates, will be shipped ahead of closure.

Our skincare devices come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults due to normal usage.

PRICKLY PEAR Facial Oil FAQs
A facial oil formulated with Sahara Desert prickly pear seed oil, olive oil, and supportive actives (vitamin E/tocopherol, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin C derivative, and a synthetic vitamin A/retinol). It is designed to help support skin hydration and comfort.
This oil helps nourish and hydrate the skin, supports the skin barrier, leaves the complexion looking more radiant, and provides antioxidant protection from vitamin E and a vitamin C derivative.
- Especially suitable for dry, dehydrated, mature and menopausal skin types
- Can be used sparingly on oily or blemish‑prone skin
- Not recommended for very sensitive or rosacea‑prone skin due to fragrance allergens and eucalyptus
Yes, no water is added. (Trace water may occur naturally in some raw ingredients)
- Apply 2 drops after cleansing/toning and before or instead of moisturiser
- Press into face, neck and décolletage
- Can also be applied to dry areas on the body (allow to absorb fully before dressing)
It is best used in the evening because it contains vitamin A. If you choose to use it in the morning, you should follow with a broad-spectrum SPF.
It is suitable for daily use. If you are new to retinoids, you may prefer to start with two to three nights per week and increase gradually as tolerated.
Yes, it can be layered after hydrating serums such as hyaluronic acid. If you already use a separate retinol product, you may wish to alternate applications or patch test before combining. The low-level retinoid and vitamin C derivatives in this blend have been tested as compatible within the formula.
Within one to two weeks, skin may feel more comfortable and appear more radiant. After four or more weeks, skin may look smoother and more even. With continued use beyond six weeks, skin may appear firmer and fine lines may look less noticeable. Results vary by individual.
It is suitable for use with facial massage tools such as a T-Bar. It is not recommended for use with LED devices, as oil-based formulas are generally unsuitable. If you wear make up, you may prefer evening use because facial oils can affect base longevity.
This product contains a retinoid (vitamin A), which contributes to daily vitamin A exposure, so SPF is advised during daytime use. It also contains eucalyptus oil and fragrance allergens, so you should avoid using it on sensitive, inflamed or broken skin. A patch test is recommended before first use.
