    Please Note: Infrared Light

Infrared Light is not obviously visible to the naked eye so you will see no bright light as with the other colour settings.

Promotes youthful, radiant skin by stimulating collagen and improving tissue oxygenation that deeply rejuvenates while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Helps improve the appearance of existing blemishes while minimising future breakouts.

Helps improve the function of oxygen in skin cells, improves microcirculation, helps decompose and dilute pigment, promotes cell regeneration and thus smoother and brighter skin tone.

Helps the skin increase collagen production to accelerate the skin metabolism while brightening the skin tone, reducing pore size and improving skin tone. The use of optimal LED light wavelengths has positive anti-ageing effects on the skin by increasing cell renewal and stimulating the production of collagen for skin that looks and feels healthy.

This is a combination of red and blue light that works to help against free radicals, help reduce inflammation and help improve blood circulation as well as helping target acne and blemishes.

LED Face Mask Light Therapy activates deep cells under the skin to improve the skin’s condition using specific wavelengths. This is a non-invasive, chemical-free, painless and safe method of skincare conditioning.

The light enters the skin and is turned into intracellular energy. This kickstarts a photochemical and enzymatic reaction that triggers glycogen and protein production. This promotes cell metabolism and collagen regeneration to provide benefits in anti-ageing, acne control and skin brightening.

Can you use an LED Mask every day?

While it is safe to use an at-home LED Face mask every day, you should be careful not to over use it. We recommend using it 3-5 times a week for great results. You shouldn’t use it in the same routine as any peeling products, so you can use your days off to utilise these formulas.

Consistency is key so getting into a routine with your face mask can be the best way to see results. We expect you to see benefits within 2 weeks.

Can you use an LED Face Mask with Retinol?

Although your LED Mask does not produce harmful UV rays, light therapy can still produce reactions after retinol use due to increased sensitivity to light. But this doesn’t mean that you can’t use them in the same routine - just complete your LED Face Treatment first, then apply your Retinol formula afterwards.

Will LED Face Mask help dry skin?

LED therapy can help to reduce the inflammation caused by dryness, diminishing the redness you may see on your skin. LED Light also energises the cells which means that they are more capable when functioning, regenerating and to boost repair - this in turn will help the skin to better retain moisture. You should opt for Yellow Light to make the most of these benefits.

Will LED Face Mask help with acne?

Many cases of common acne are caused by a bacteria (Propionibacterium) that emits a photosensitizer - this makes it sensitive to blue light. Using blue light therapy on this acne can kill the bacteria deep within the pores to clear up blemishes.

    Will LED help my melasma?

While LED light therapy helps to address many skin concerns, it is not clinically proven to have efficacy in treating melasma. You should consult with a dermatologist to explore treatments for melasma. While it can't eradicate melasma, the Yellow light setting can help to lighten spots and brighten the skin.

Is LED Light therapy suitable for everyone?

While generally safe, certain conditions such as epilepsy, pregnancy, or photosensitivity may warrant precautions. Consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended before starting LED light therapy, especially for those with pre-existing medical conditions.

How quickly can I resume my normal skincare routine after an LED light therapy session?

There is no downtime associated with LED light therapy, and you can usually resume your regular skincare immediately after a session.

How long is the battery life of the controller once charged?

If fully charged the controller time is around 1 hour for blue light or red light. If using the Infrared light or purple light mode, the battery lift time is around 30-40 minutes.
