LED Wand - 5 in 1 Anti-Ageing Device

Cleanse your face and remove any makeup, We recommend using the LED wand on wet skin or once a serum has been applied as this will help the tool to glide across your skin and will maximise the effectiveness of the LED light, microcurrent and sonic vibration.

Turn the device on by holding down the power button for 3 seconds to activate, then press the button again to change from Red Light to Blue Light. Gently massage the wand against the skin. Start from the inside of your face and work the device outwards, targeting the forehead, under eyes, cheeks, neck and jaw.

For harder to reach spots, use the Wand in its upright position to fit into narrow spaces. When targeting broader areas such as the forehead and cheeks, press the button to rotate the head for fuller coverage.

We recommend using your LED Wand once per day for 5-10 minutes per treatment for the best results.

Please note that the Wand is designed with a 5-minute automatic safety shut-off feature. If you wish to continue your treatment, simply switch the device back on to resume.

Keep clean and wipe after every use with a clean, dry tissue.
Do not use alcohol to clean any part of this device.
Do not immerse the device in water.
Do not use it on any area of the skin where there is bleeding, wounds or broken skin.

For safety reasons, we do not recommend using the LED Wand or any vibrating beauty device if the user has a pacemaker, unless approved by their doctor.

Although the LED Wand operates at a low intensity, it contains a small motor that produces vibrations and may generate a mild electromagnetic field, which could theoretically interfere with pacemaker function.

This is a precautionary measure to ensure user safety, and we always suggest consulting with a healthcare professional before use in such cases.

For orders received before 12pm Monday – Friday, goods are dispatched the same day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

SATURDAY, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS / BUSINESS CLOSURES

Our warehouse is closed over the Christmas period, and occasionally for business closures such as stock take. When the warehouse is closed, this will be prominently displayed on the homepage and checkout to alert you of the delay incurred and when we expect to start processing orders. All orders placed before these dates, will be shipped ahead of closure.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery Policy

We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event your delivery arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

PARCEL DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If your parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

• You may refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender.

• If you accept a damaged parcel, please note the damage on the delivery record (e.g., via handheld device or delivery slip) and take photos of the packaging and contents as received.

This helps us process claims with our delivery partners.

Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to love your BEAUTYPRO experience. If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns policy in line with UK consumer law.

14 DAY CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are:

• Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.

1 YEAR SKINCARE DEVICE WARRANTY

Our skincare devices come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults due to normal usage.

Please email us with your proof of purchase, the batch code for your device and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or videos to help process your claim.
